The Ambassador of the NCR in the Salish Confederation formally invites the Salish government to discuss trade, and the possibility of a FTA, among our nations.
The NCR would be honored to host the Salish delegation in California, but would also be willing to visit the beautiful Salish lands if the Confederation so prefers.

President Stevens accepts the invitation, and wishes to visit California for the visit, inquiring on the location of such a meeting.

The meeting would be hosted in New California, the country's capital city [which is in the Bay area], where the Prime Minister Emeric Fulminetti himself will welcome the Salish delegation into the capitol. A refreshment will be offered, after which the proper talks will start.
Should it be needed, of course the Salish delegation will be welcomed to stay as long as needed to reach an agreement which will benefit both the nations.
