[English Channel Union]

A team of University Students at the Winnipegosis Atomic Research Insitute had recently submitted a research paper to the Atomic Ministry, upon review the Institute was contacted to establish further research into this team's study, and they will be included along with some senior faculty in the university. The team submitted a case study in regards to utilizing a Minature Reactor to power a device with a U²³⁵ lining which will be subjected to a large neutron flux within the core of the device, the fission produced from this flux would create excited plasma in the tube with an inverse population of energy levels, this device will then utilize this state to eliminate a threat.

The Winnipegosis Atomic Research Insitute will place an order to the IAUE and an application to the Alliance to obtain 5 kg U235. Furthermore, the Institute will order a large stockpile of Argon, Krypton, and Helium³ gas for use in testing.

the Argon, Krypton, and Helium³ gasses have been delivered to the Research Insitute and have been moved into the laboratory assigned for this project, the U²³⁵ has not been delivered yet and is not scheduled to arrive until the team has constructed the Reactor Core and connected it to the Operating Device, once these goals have been met the U²³⁵ will be supplied for the Core and Lining.

A Team of Winnipegosis Engineers will begin assembling the Reactor Core and its enclosed cooling system, while the Scientists continue to run calculations on how to properly configure the Core to produce enough power into the Capacitors for initialization and then provide enough stable power to sustain its operation.
