In accordance with what he discussed with the Tlatoani, Huitzilin reaches out to the government of @Minnesota, informing them of Tlatoani Ahuiliztli's desire to visit St. Paul to meet with the Minnesotans, discuss mutual affairs, and learn about life in Minnesota. Huitzilin also informs the Minnesotans that the Tlatoani will also be meeting with the other 4 East Coast American Nations, and that, depending on how talks go, there are plans for a future Pan-American meeting in Tenochtitlan.

The government of Minnesota welcomes the opportunity to host Huitzilin in the Twin Cities, and to exchange culture and ideals between the two peoples. Considering the relative reliance of the Minnesotan economy on the other East Coast nations, the potential for a pan-american treaty also appeals greatly.

Having already received the approval of the Tlatoani to take his place, Huitzilin informs the Minnesotans that he will be visiting the Twin Cities shortly after his visit to New England. He then embarks by plane from New York City to St. Paul.
