With Siam (presumably) signing the documents, Majapahit begins work on the high speed rail line. With some of the lines in peninsular Malaysia having already been mostly completed, the decision is made to add an extra line beside the one running from Singapore to Alor Setar, branching off after Sungai Petani to cross the border into Siam. With the easing of restrictions that were previously agreed upon, all that remains for those crossing between the two nations is a basic passport check, which will be done at the station in Sungai Petani. To accomplish this, a border station will be set up at the station, where border guards will board the train, travel from one end to the other, checking passports as they go, before disembarking. Extra guards will be hired, so that the process should only take a few minutes (15min or so). The Siamese are requested to implement a similar procedure at Surat Thani, on their side of the border.

Similarly, funds are wired to Siam to help in the funding of their side of the project. Several hundred Nusantaran workers are also brought over to assist with the construction of both the road and the rail line in Siam.

Siam starts building their side of the railway right away, starting from their side of the Majapahit border and working up the peninsula until the reached Surat Thani. Nusantaran workers came to help, as had been agreed, and within a few months, the border station on their side had been built.

Work on the Nusantaran side would continue at a steady pace, with the stations having been built, and work on the tracks themselves nearing completion. Currently stress testing for the tracks is underway, with the stations themselves receiving the finishing touches. Meanwhile the extra guards have been hired and trained, and everything is prepared for the anticipated completion of the project.

Nusantaran workers on the Siamese side would also be contributing significantly to the project on the other side of the border.
