Yes, that is what I mean. Though the 14 you listed comes out to be over 750,000km2, so you'll have to adjust it so it has a max of 750,000km2.

Get rid of Tierra del Fuego. How much more do I have to get rid of?

I hit 754,929km2 with just the first 4, which is over the limit of 750,000km2. Did you want to maybe adjust it some more?

For Santa Roas, do you mean La Pampa? As if so, then you're good and it's approved. If not, could you provide a link to what you mean?

Santa Rosa shows as La Pampa on the map. So I guess it is good
