Military Traits Applications

Military traits applications must be posted in the following format. All categories must have at least one factor. Unrest factors are not considered negative traits, but might be influenced by or connected to the other traits (positive, negative, and economical). Tech level and resources must be reinforced by a description. There is no required format or length for descriptions and factors, as long as they are understandable.
