Gathering of Nations OOC

The following changes will be made to NPCs, in light of recent map claims:
The Feng Empire now has the following land: Hunan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Hubei, Anhui, Henan, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Ningxia, Zhejian, Jianxi, Shanghai, Sichuan, Qinghai, and Gansu
Mongolia now has the following land: Mongolia, the rest of Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Far Eastern Russian Federal District
Manchuria is no longer an existing NPC. Both the Feng Empire and Mongolia have nukes. Nanyue no longer exists either, due to its land having been claimed.
