Candle Lake Facility (Refinery, Assembly, Storage)
Port Hope Facility (Refinery, Assembly, Storage)
The Alliance has determined, in order to successfully meet the doctrinal requirements of the Atomic Military they must begin the expansion of their Assembly and Refinement Facilities, therefor the Alliance has begun searching for construction contractors in the following regions;
Red Rock, ON (Refinery, Storage)
Cobourg, ON (Refinery, Storage)
Victoria Beach, MB (Refinery, Storage)
Albert Beach, MB (Refinery, Assembly, Storage)
Hillside Beach, MB (Assembly, Storage)
Little Black River, MB (Refinery, Assembly, Storage)
Silver Harbour, MB (Refinery, Assembly, Storage)
New Refineries Planned = 6
New Assembly Facilities Planned = 4
Each facility features a storage facility for its produced products.
The Ministry of Interior will be evaluating the contractors for these contracts, furthermore, they will contact the Ontario and Manitoba governments to begin the purchase process of open plots/uninhabited plots of land.

Red Rock, ON (Refinery, Storage)
Following the approval of the Construction Permits and permission from the ARC the Alliance will see the Arrival of local construction companies along with Concrete and Steel for the Foundation and Structure of the Facility. Workers will begin by unloading the Steel from the arriving supply trucks and consolidating it in a supply group. Red Rock will await the arrival of Digging equipment so they can construct the foundation.

The Hillside Beach Facility has been slated for an expansion of its assembly facilities, the intention is to increase its capacity by 40 Warheads/Turn, allowing a maximum production of 80 at its facility. Due to this plan, the Atomic Government has begun contracting some companies in the region to arrive on site and begin the improvement project, supplies have also been ordered and are en route to the facility.
Preparation of the Facility: 50%
The Cobourg Facility has been slated for an expansion of its refinery facility, the intention is to allow this facility to handle simultaneous proliferation procedures to increase the output of refined uranium. The Atomic Government has begun contracting some companies in the region to arrive on site and begin the improvement project, supplies have also been ordered and are en route to the facility.
Preparation of the Facility: 50%
