Continental Communication to Neighbouring State
Purpose: Request for a meeting between the English and Atomic states

To Whom it may concern;
The General Secretary of the Atomic Alliance formally requests a meeting with the English State and the Shipwrights of the Englishmen

The English will accept the meeting, inviting the Alliance to Washington DC.

The Atomic Alliance will send a Delegation consisting of Fleet Admiral Keara, Admiral Cartman, and Ambassador Flintlock who will arrive aboard a B737-BBJ2 at the nearest airport in Washington, DC for the meeting. The Delegation will inform the English prior to their arrival that the meeting is regarding the use of their drydocks.

When the Atomic Alliance arrives in Washington, DC the English will be waiting with a welcome party, the President, Vice President and CEOs of many dry docks in the region

Once they leave the aircraft, the President will approach the delegations leader
“Welcome to the Republic! We are very pleased to meet with our neighbours, please, follow me and we will begin our meeting”
The President will gesture for the delegation to follow, leaving to the White House.

Once at the White House, Fleet Admiral Keara will initiate the conversation
Mr. President, we are very thankful for your governance in welcoming us to your home. I am aware we initially informed you this meeting was regarding your drydocks, however, some developments have led my government to be interested in discussing other topics with you, specifically about events occurring out west, if it is possible I would like to request all non-essential military personnel depart the room and you invite your advisors here.
