Damarwulan would bow respectfully as he enters the presence of the Minister of Economic Activity. After taking his seat, he would begin. "Thank you for having me, it is an honour and a privilege to visit a nation with such a rich history as yours. If you will allow me to get down to business, I will begin. If you are unaware, Nusantara is currently in the process of producing several nuclear weapons for self defense and the propagation of democracy. Currently we produce a small amount of resources ourselves, and receive the bulk of our supply from the Atomic Alliance. However, we would be interested in expanding our supply chain, which is why we have come to you. It is our understanding that you possess a fair supply of uranium and other necessary minerals in Anatolia. As such, I would like to open discussions with regards to procuring a reasonable supply of these minerals and materials. We would, of course, be more than happy to pay a fair price for them, as well as to assist your nation in becoming a nuclear armed nation also."

Damarwulan pauses, as if he is forgetting something, before continuing. "Also, I have been requested to open discussions on a defensive pact and trade arrangements with your nation, if you are interested."

Minister Aeantis would give an awkward bow before walking over and taking the seat across. As Damarwulan talks, the Minister quickly starts writing down various notes.
"I see... Hellaskratia has had ambitions to expand both our diplomatic ties, but also our capabilities as a nation. As such, this deal would be definitely something beneficial for our nations."

Aeantis would then pull something out of his briefcase beside him, bringing a set of files out. "And bringing nuclear capabilities to Hellaskratia would ensure our security against the likes of the Persians and Romans. That would be most beneficial indeed. And to address the possibility of a defensive pact and trade arrangements, I know that Hellaskratia is always looking for new friends, especially when it comes to trade, but also in arms as well. As such, I believe my nation would be more than pleased to the idea of both a Defensive pact and a set of trade agreements"

"Excellent, I'm pleased to hear it! We would, of course, be more than happy to share our nuclear expertise with you, in exchange for both a defensive pact and the sharing of your uranium and thorium resources. With regards to trade agreements, are there any specifics that your nation had in mind, or would you be open to more broad trade agreements, such as general free trade? Further, what is your nations stance with regards to preemptive conflicts, especially against authoritarian states such as the Tamil Trifecta?"

[The Tamil Trifecta is the forum's version of North Korea, and consists of Sri Lanka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karaikal, Puducherry]
