A Roman, a Celt and a German walk in a Vineyard

The Roman Embassies in Mitteleuropa and the Celtic Federation would transmit to the respective government an invitation on behalf of the King of the Romans for a meeting on the matter of friendship and Cooperation.
The meeting shall be held in one of the many Royal Estates, more specifically in the countryside of Burdigala (Bordeaux).

Chancellor Addler Martell agrees to attend the meeting, with past intentions of meeting with both nations within his first 100 days in office.

The Celtic Taoiseach, Marged Gwellt, agrees to attend the meeting with the other two major European powers.

Both the Celtic Taoiseach Marged Gwellt and the Mitteleuropan Chancellor Addler Martell are welcomed at the "Iulius Caesar" Burdigala International Airport by Regulus Scipio Attilius, Magister of the Royal House (Basically the right hand of the King)
"Welcome Honoured Guests to Burdigala, I hope that the voyage has been pleasant, his majesty has prepared for you one the Royal Estates of the Realm, and he is waiting for you there. He wanted to make sure that you received only the best welcome while your staying here"
