Infinitos Mundos

Following the burning of Dungur and takeover of the government by the Axumite National Socialists, the government has introduced and passed legislation, officially separating the church in Axum from the Coptic church in Alexandria. The new church has been made the official religion in Axum, and is known as the Axumite Orthodox Tewahedo Church. Around 90% of all Christians in Axum currently follow the church anyways, but those who don't are expected to convert. Several small scale protests have occurred throughout the nation, but due to the emergency powers granted to the government, the secret police moved in and arrested and/or broke up these protests. Several thousand Christians following other sects have fled north to Egypt, where they hope to worship in peace. Others have taken their beliefs underground and nominally attend Tewahedo churches alongside the rest of the population. However, the majority officially converts and adopts the new state religion.
