Orders from the Commandant of the Atomic Alliance, authorized upon the authority of the General Secretary in the presence and opinion of the council has authorized the refinement of 90% U235 WGU through the U6 refinement process totalling enough to sustain 21kt of TNT.

The Blind River Refinery will handle 30% of this order, Port Hope 30% and Candle lake will handle the remaining 40%. The process will be started immediately due to an existing stock of natural uranium at the facility, however more will be ordered from the Sask mines to handle the decrease in inventory for this order.

Blind River = 0%
Candle Lake = 0%
Port Hope = 0%

The Pickering Nuclear Station will refine 21kt of TNT capable Pu239 this will retain 3.5% of Pu240 placing it within WGP standards. Meanwhile, when Pickering undergoes refuelling due to the requirement of frequent refuels in plutonium refinement Darlington will pick up the slack.

Work will initiate at all three plants, first they will take the U3O8 "Yellowcake" and dissolve it into Nitric Acid, this would result in a Uranyl Nitrate UO2(NO3)2. This step is followed by extracting pure uranyl nitrate by solvent extraction with a treatment of ammonia to produce Ammonium Diuranate (NH4)2U2O7, followed by a reduction by hydrogen, producing UO2, this is converted with Hydrofluoric Acid to make Uranium Tetrafluoride UF4. Finally, through an Oxidation process, they will produce the UF6 Uranium Hexafluoride which will be used in the Enrichment Process to obtain U235.

Blind River;
U3O8 > UF6 = 20%
UF6 > Gas Extraction Process > 90% U235 = 0%
Candle Lake;
U3O8 > UF6 = 15%
UF6 > Gas Extraction Process > 90% U235 = 0%
Port Hope;

Through the centrifugal force the heavier gas molecules containing U238 will move toward the outside of the cylinder while the lighter gasses enriched with U235 will collect closer to the center, the addition of Heat will also cause some of the Heavier gasses to sink while the Lighter U235 will rise to the top allowing for easier extraction, once completed teams will extract the U235 from the center while the waste U238 is sent for processing to be used in Nuclear Facilities to create Pu239.

Work will continue at all three plants, first they will take the U3O8 "Yellowcake" and dissolve it into Nitric Acid, this would result in a Uranyl Nitrate UO2(NO3)2. This step is followed by extracting pure uranyl nitrate by solvent extraction with a treatment of ammonia to produce Ammonium Diuranate (NH4)2U2O7, followed by a reduction by hydrogen, producing UO2, this is converted with Hydrofluoric Acid to make Uranium Tetrafluoride UF4. Finally, through an Oxidation process, they will produce the UF6 Uranium Hexafluoride which will be used in the Enrichment Process to obtain U235.

The plant will continue to cycle the completed UF6 through the Gas Centrifuge, and the UF6 will be placed into a cylinder amongst others that will rotate with a heat applied to the cylinder. Through the centrifugal force the heavier gas molecules containing U238 will move toward the outside of the cylinder while the lighter gasses enriched with U235 will collect closer to the center, of the addition of Heat will also cause some of the Heavier gasses to sink while the Lighter U235 will rise to the top allowing for easier extraction, once completed teams will extract the U235 from the center while the waste U238 is sent for processing to be used in Nuclear Facilities to create Pu239.

An Additional Order of 50kt/TNT of 85-90% U235 has been placed, Candle Lake and Port Hope will both complete 25kt Each.

Blind River;
Order 2; An Additional Order of 20kt has been placed, at low priority and will be manufactured at 75-76.6% at a slow rate to keep it cheap. Blind River will take this order.

Candle Lake;
Order 1; An Additional Order of 50kt/TNT of 85-90% U235 has been placed, Candle Lake and Port Hope will both complete 25kt Each.

Port Hope;
Order 1; An Additional Order of 50kt/TNT of 85-90% U235 has been placed, Candle Lake and Port Hope will both complete 25kt Each.

Order 2; An additional order has been approved for preparation by the Atomic Alliance, 5kg of U235 will be enriched to 85%. Port Hope refinery will take this order.

UF6 > Gas Extraction Process > 90% U235 = 90%
The completed U235 will be transported for use in its order.
