"Very well, I will agree to those terms." Once the terms are drawn up, Caroline Wawzonek (NWT) and PJ Akeeagok (Nunavut) would carefully go over the various terms, ensuring that their desired requests are in there, and that there are no lies or misunderstandings in them. Once they have been confirmed, and translated into the local Inuit languages, they would perform another ceremony, before finally signing the documents.
"We are looking forward to working with your nation in the future, and to your proposed improvements. I trust that this agreement is as was promised."
[Just a reminder, as per what was previously discussed on discord, Yukon and Alaska are part of a Russian communist state]

Re: Request a meeting with the Council
"Thank you, we are pleased to join." Following the signing, Akeeagok would shake Peterson's hand (and that of anyone else present), before holding another brief ceremony, taking the Atomic delegates to an elaborate meal, before seeing them off and returning to their homes.
The various local governments would be informed and prepared for the joining, and the non-native populations would welcome the move.
