Once the terms are drawn up, Caroline Wawzonek (NWT) and PJ Akeeagok (Nunavut) would carefully go over the various terms, ensuring that their desired requests are in there, and that there are no lies or misunderstandings in them. Once they have been confirmed, and translated into the local Inuit languages, they would perform another ceremony, before finally signing the documents.

The various local governments would be informed and prepared for the joining, and the non-native populations would welcome the move.
