1. although I don't agree with this decision, I'll respect it. I'll change the post as to propose something else.
2. I mean the majority of my launches will be light as well, it's just that right now I launched 2 constellations which required more heavy lifting. Which is also the main reason the f9 is launched more: more often than not people doesn't need to buy a fh launch.
3. ok; however, since I ordered the rockets I should be launching in the next post with under the previous rules, and under this set I would have done that sooner, I'd like to edit so that in the next post my people aren't twiddling their thumbs. Please let me know if that's not ok.

3. Since you already completed them, I'll permit it for those rockets. But going forward all rockets after them will need to follow the updated guidelines.

Just as a general heads up, you are limited to, at the most, a basic manned moon base. But this will take a lot of effort and work. Mars satellites and rovers are fine, as they exist IRL, but you can not send people there.
