A meeting with California

The New English Republic will contact the New Californian Delegation, requesting a meeting between the two states

The Ministry for the Foreign Affairs replies that the NCR would be honored to host the New English Republic's delegation in New California or, if you so prefer, to send a delegation to visit the beautiful shores of New England.
Regardless, the New California Republic looks eagerly to this meeting.

The New English Intercontinental Communication Bureau will respond indicating the English will dispatch a diplomatic team to the Californian Republic to conduct the meeting.

Once relayed, the English will prepare an aircraft for departure. Leaving from Washington International along the Potomac River to the nearest airport in California for the meeting

The delegation is escorted to the capitol in New California.
The guests are treated will all the appropriate honors, and a refreshment is offered with delicacies from all over the world.

After a while, Prime Minister Emeric Fulminetti approaches the head of the delegation with open arms:

Upon arriving the Delegation will inform the Californians that
The English wish to establish better relations across North America, seeing as your are my Western American Cousin and one of the most influential in our region I believe we should engage in further discussion regarding trade and how we may handle the future of the lands between us.

Furthermore, my government has taken notice of your space program and we wish to contract you to launch some GPS Satellites for our people and communication purposes.

<<The NCR always encourage free trade. If you want, we are always eager to sign a complete FTA; we can otherwise sign one regarding only one or more sectors of common intrest, should you prefer taking things more slowly.

Your request of a GPS constellation is also welcome! Just let us know if you would prefer to develop the satellites yourself, or if you'd like to purchase satellites plus launch, and we're set and ready to go!

Other than that, is there anything else you'd like to add, or shall we go into the finer details of this propositions?>>

“The English would be open to a Free Trade agreement between our states, if possible would you have any pre-designed GPS systems? We would like to operate some cost effective software so we can provide the service to our military.”

In the following hours both agreements are officially drafted and signed by the PM.

Should anything else be needed, the English delegation is of course welcomed to say so.

Also, a banquet with live music is held in honor of the delegates once the agreements are signed.
