Curious about recent reforms in government in Argentina, and about the state of affairs in Bolivia and Southern Brazil, the Steppes Times, a centrist news agency based in Cherson, has arranged 4 groups of reporters and investigative journalists to visit the locations in person. One group will be headed to the capital of Buenos Aires, another to Santiago de Chile, one to Sao Paulo, and one to La Paz. The four groups depart on separate aircraft, but all within 48 hours of each other. The @Argentinisches Reich government is not informed, because of the desire for true investigative journalism. A fifth group of reporters is also sent to Buenos Aires a few days later, this group would inform the government of their arrival, requesting to speak with members of the Argentinian government, and their new Kaiser, to learn more about their changes in government. Each group has 4-6 people in it.

Upon arrival the various groups would head towards border security in their respective destinations. The first four groups would present regular tourist visas, and would go through customs separately. When asked, they reply that they are visiting for vacation and are interested in seeing the sights. They would provide details for popular 5-star hotels in each city. The fifth group would approach customs together, and would have official paperwork outlining their purpose in Buenos Aires.
