Interested in building relations with the larger powers in the Mediterranean, as well as recognizing the need for a united policy with regards to security in the region, Exousiokrator Sauarmag Vaniev has reached out to the @Kingdom of Rome and @FR Jugoslavija, inviting their leaders to Constantinople for a meeting.

Upon the Roman envoy's arrival at the Komnenos Imperial Airport of Constantinople they are greeted by Exousiokrator Vaniev, who would welcome them to Alania, before bringing them to the waiting cars. From there, the cars would take them into the ancient city of Constantinople. They would drive along the main road into the city, passing by the old walls of Constantinople, before navigating the ancient streets of the city. Before long their car passes near the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia, two historic structures competing for magnificence in the ancient city. Crossing over the Bosporus, their car would reach a quaint villa overlooking the Old City. At the gates an aide would be waiting to escort them into the villa. Inside they would be taken to a room facing the Bosporus and overlooking the Old City, with a table situated so that those seated would be able to enjoy such a view.

After the aide has provided those present with drinks and left the room, Exousiokrator Vaniev speaks. "Thank you for making the journey to meet with me today. I greatly appreciate it. First, tell me, how are things in Rome? I have heard worrying things about the Soissons to your north, and those, among other concerns, are what have prompted us to call for this meeting today."
