General Rules



1) Be Respectful!
This site is for having fun and enjoying the hobby of Alternate History, Politics, and Nation Building. Harassment, excessive abuse, or anything similar will result in a warning and if the behavior is repeated, a ban. This forum is considered to be at a PG-13 level, both in and out of character.


2) Make Sure Your Nation Has All Required Information
Each nation is required to have an approved map claim, factbook (with minimum details) and military spreadsheet in order to conduct RP.


3) Abide By Staff Rulings
The site staff are entrusted to make rulings to keep RP in line with the rules and good conduct of the site. Members are expected to abide by their rulings. If you disagree with a moderator's ruling, elevate it through appropriate channels.


4) Join The Discord
You need to be a member of the forum discord to participate. The discord server is where staff put out updates, communicate with members, and members can talk OOC.


5) Keep OOC to OOC Threads
Out-of-Character (OOC) posts are to be kept in OOC threads and topics as much as possible. If you have excessive discussion that needs to be done OOC concerning an In-Character (IC) topic, it must be done either in a dedicated OOC thread or in Discord, either in PMs or the server.


5) Inactivity
Nations will expire after two weeks of inactivity unless the member gave notice. Notice must be given in the absences tab. Ideally, an absence post will include an approximate time of absence. A nation's claim will be held for up to 45 days with an absence post stating that long, or 30 days without an approximate date of return.
