The Arrival of Water Trucks will signal the start of the Alliances relief efforts in Northern Ontario, these trucks will fill local tanks or stations at Distribution Centers designed to provide Large Bottles to the citizens so they can transport them back home if they do not have their own Water Tank. These trucks will feature assorted branding of Atomic Water Companies along with some Septic/Water Tank companies sending Vans up to offer installation of these devices at their homes, indicating that 75% of the cost is covered by the Alliance and the remaining does not have to be paid for 5 years.

Those in more Populated areas such as larger cities (Sudbury) will see Plumbing Companies arriving to begin inspecting the cities infrastructure and Water Delivery system/Sewage System, plans will be drawn up to improve any old piping that may contaminate the health of the Alliances Citizens.

Each Province of the Alliance would see approval of funding to be issued to the Northern Ontario Project, citing this is of Humanitarian Needs and not of Personal Interest, the needs of these citizens due to the lack of attention from the Canadien Government have left them in horrible conditions, we must improve these regions to better our people and ensure each may live a prosperous life.

The first to arrive will be the Paving/Road Companies, they will first begin work on Highway 69 and 17 as they are the primary Highways in Northern Ontario, once this is complete the team will move on to the remaining Highways in the Province and then the Municipal Roadways. Highway 69 and 17 will see the arrival of Workers and the Grading equipment, therefor work across the entire freeway will begin in sections until all damaged sections are repaired up to standards.
Stage 1:
Coverage: 20%
Road Asphalt/Concrete Removal: 10%
Road Grading: 5%

Shortly after the Paving Companies, many Atomic Electrical Companies will begin to arrive in the North, the first group of arrivals will be Engineers who will be planning the placement of the portable CANDU-ISMR/5 Minature Reactor and the most effective layout of the electrical grid for delivering power to willing residents. Due to the specification of willingness, some Power Company representatives from AtomOntario will visit residents inquiring if they wish to obtain a connection to the coming electrical grid. As results are tallied it will show 90% of Northern Ontario intends to connect to the grid, the remaining had claimed Religious Regions or Distate for modern technology as their refusal to connect

Any International Charities intending to assist in the recovery of Northern Ontario will be accommodated to provide Medical/Nutritional supplementation or any donation

Many in Northern Ontario will begin to see the derogatory denunciations of the Quebecois for mistreating Northern Ontario, some will begin to publically speak out against Blanchets Government in an attempt to cause disruption in the Canadien State.

Many citizens located in Northern Ontario will agree to the subsidized Sepic/Water systems to be installed on their properties, signing contracts between various companies to have the systems installed as soon as possible with 75% covered by the state and the remaining 25% to in five years. Some residents will elect to pay upfront (20%), while others (40%) will elect a payment option beginning immediately to span over two years while the remaining (40%) will choose to wait the five years. Following these agreements, the companies will begin shipping the tank and plumbing systems into northern Ontario, with excavators being transported as well. Work has begun on the installation of these systems.
Excavation of Sepic/Water Sites: 50%
The arrival of Sepic/Water Tanks: 25%
The arrival of Plumbing Systems & Equipment: 25%
Installation of Systems: 0%

Larger cities will see a major influx of work on their water mains and sewer systems, designated as Public Works the Atomic Government will be utilizing public funds to conduct these replacements. Overall, it is determined that 65% of the Water Systems in these major locations are unsafe for consistent operation weather due to corrosion or leeching of materials into the water during transport. The Alliance will notify citizens of the work and discovered information, providing a strict timeline for its repair/replacement.
Repair of Sewer Systems: 50%
Replacement of Water Systems: 25%

Work will be completed on Highway 69 and 17, the paving companies will move on to working on the remaining major road networks located in Ontario.
Highway Improvement: 10%

Due to technical complications, the CANDU-IMSR/5 will no longer be installed. The Atomic Electrical Commission will select the new HTGT-MHR for placement in the region with a primary focus on Sudbury, smaller communities will be connected later on. Residents will be informed they may experience studdered connections until the MHR is installed as the Alliance does not have reliable generation stations in the region.
The HTGT-MHR is still under development, therefor temporary Gas Turbine Generators will be utilized until the MHR is prepared.

Protests will continue attacking the Quebecois for their mistreatment of Ontarian Citizens, stating their governance is unfit to serve the people and demanding Blanchet resign.

[Due to time lapse]

Work on current projects occurring in Northern Ontario will be completed by the various organizations involved in the Quality of Life Operation conducted in this region, residents will now have access to operational Septic/Water Systems and replaced water/sewage mains to protect the Quality of Water in the regions. Highways would have undergone a major replacement resulting in a smoother drive and fewer incidents due to road conditions.

Temporary Gas Turbine generators have been set up in remote areas to begin the first stage of power delivery, these technicians will begin work on two more nuclear stations which will house 2 reactors each set up a CANDU Reactor and a Breeder Reactor. The sites chosen are the townships of Blind River and Thunder Bay. The Peoples Council has dispatched environmental and infrastructure consultants to the region to conduct a survey of the chosen area.
Survey: 0%

Atomic Statistic Surveyors dispatched by the Peoples Council will begin knocking on each door to gather information on the new residents, beginning their citizenship process (Acquisition of ID's and Passports)
