NORAD Protocols

[California Republic]

Upon recommendation of the Senate, and Department of Defense, the President of the Republic has assigned Chairmen to the joint cheifs Omar Bradley to contact the Confédération de l'Ohio for negotiating the newly proposed NORAD Alliance.

[Kingdom of Sweden]

The Confederation would be happy to discuss an alliance with California. A meeting can be arranged in Milwaukee to discuss it. If thats acceptable to the Californians, President Desrosiers and General Running Bull will be happy to meet with them.

Chief of Staff Omar Bradly, Secretary of the Aerospace Force, and the President of the Republic will all attend the meeting in Milwaukee, with all three flying there on the Presidential aircraft "Asset-1".

The Aircraft land in Ohio with all relevant staff onboard.

The President and General would great them at the capitol building in Milwaukee. A small honor guard would accompany the two men as the foreign dignitaries arrive.

"Mr. President, General, welcome to Milwaukee. Im glad to have you hear, we have m,any important things to discuss. So lets get to it, shall we?"

President Kennedy and General Bradley both exchange greetings, and President Kennedy replies. "So we do, and so let us begin.

"Well Mr President, I understand you have a proposal for us? Our nations already have alot in common, so id be interested to hear how you intended on bringing us close."

"Indeed, it is the intention of this administration to create a new brotherhood between our two peoples in regards to the defence on our civilization in this hemisphere, and to protect the North American sphere against all shared threats of our two nations, in a New Alliance."
